Shipping and returns

Your parcel will be delivered within 3 business days in France. If you order before 4:30 PM on a business day, we will ensure your parcel is handed over to DHL on the same day. DHL will then take care of the rest of the process. You will also receive a tracking number.

What happens if my product is not in stock?

It is always possible that a product may not be in stock. This situation is automatically indicated on our website as a pre-order.

How does a pre-order work?

You order the product on the website, and once payment is processed, our system recognizes it and reserves the ordered product for you from our available stock. As soon as the product is back in stock, your order is delivered as quickly as possible!

Feedback

Returns are often a hassle, but it doesn't have to be! At Quality Heating, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. To make things easier, we have a returns portal where you can easily create a shipping label online and register your package as a return.

You will need your tracking code, which you will have received when the package was shipped to your home or business, and the postal code where the package was delivered.

Have you found yourself in our return process? It's annoying, but it's not difficult. Below, we explain, step by step, what this process looks like for you:

Report the return of the products via the link above. For verification purposes, we will ask you for the tracking code of your shipment.
Did you receive the product on a pallet? If the returns portal indicates that the package cannot be reported for other reasons, please contact our customer service.
Print the shipping label and stick it on the box. Never stick the shipping label on the original packaging!
Drop off the package at the nearest delivery point.
Your return will be processed as soon as we receive your package. The average processing time is approximately 5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs are as follows:
Standard parcel: 6.95 euros
Large parcel: from 15 euros (from 90cm x 90cm x 90cm)
Pallet shipping: 55 euros (when you also received the item on a pallet)

Returns must be registered on the returns portal; see the steps above. Large parcels and pallet shipments cannot be registered on the portal. In this case, please contact our customer service .

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit of the returned purchase amount.

When is a partial refund possible?

If there are visible signs of use, missing accessories, or missing packaging, you are no longer entitled to the full purchase price. In this case, you will receive a partial refund from us.

What is the status of my return?

Want to know the status of your return? That's perfectly normal. That's why we always keep you informed by email about the progress of your return. The average processing time is approximately 5 business days after we receive the return at our warehouse.
