Payment methods
At Quality Heating, you can use your preferred payment method. Below is a brief overview of the payment methods we offer;
Bank transfer (prepayment)
If you choose bank transfer, you will transfer the order amount to our bank account. Once we have received and processed your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.
After payment
If you request payment via the post-payment service (AfterPay), this will not result in an agreement. The retailer and AfterPay expressly reserve the right to refuse a request without providing a reason. Where possible, you will be able to see immediately online whether your request has been approved, rejected, or conditionally approved. This conditional approval is generally only the result of a data verification by us. If you wish, you can be notified in writing, stating the reasons. You can also contact AfterPay customer service by telephone after one business day.
AfterPay may, within one business day of the initial conditional acceptance of your payment request via AfterPay, change it to a refusal to honor the request and thus deny your payment through AfterPay. The conditional acceptance is due to the fact that approval is currently only the result of a limited data verification.
Every retailer has the right to test the conclusion of a purchase contract with a consumer. The retailer uses AfterPay for this purpose if you choose to pay via AfterPay. The following information is required:
The name, address and contact details. This address cannot be a post office box address and must be located in the Netherlands or Belgium;
The registration number in the commercial register of the Chamber of Commerce or the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises if you are buying through your company;
If you wish to pay as a sole proprietorship, general partnership or partnership, you must also provide on the application the name of the sole proprietor or the partners or associates who legally represent the business;
Your bank account number requesting payment via AfterPay.
To pay via Klarna, you must meet the following conditions
You have a billing and delivery address in the Netherlands or Belgium. This address cannot be a post office box;
You have not been declared bankrupt, insolvent, or placed under guardianship or administration, nor have any applications been filed to that effect. You are also not in a situation where you have stopped paying your debts on time.
You have the power to make decisions or you are represented by the person who can legally represent you and who is authorized to act on your behalf.
By providing your data to use the AfterPay payment solution, you expressly consent to the processing of your data and its testing so that AfterPay can properly and carefully assess and inform you whether your payment request (subject to conditions) is accepted;
For a first order, the maximum purchase amount for post-payment is €250.
For subsequent orders, the maximum amount is €750.
Credit card
You can also pay directly with a Visa or MasterCard. This must be issued by a bank established in the Netherlands. Once you have entered your credit card information, it will be sent and processed via a secure connection. Your credit card details are stored by our partner Ogone Payment Services and transmitted only to your credit card company. Underfloor Heating Store does not store your credit card information.
