Waterproof security with flanged version

The Lunadrain comes standard with a stainless steel perimeter flange. This flange allows for the installation of an anti-infiltration membrane (supplied), essential for use on non-waterproof surfaces such as wood, and offering additional protection on concrete floors.

The membrane acts as a reliable barrier: in the event of a leak, it prevents moisture from damaging the substructure. Any water that may have seeped in evaporates naturally. This makes Lunadrain a wise choice for any damp room.

Designer grids to suit your taste

Each Lunadrain comes with a stylish stainless steel top grate. Choose the grate that matches your bathroom style:

• 2-in-1 tile grid – Place tiles in the grid for an invisible finish, or flip it over and use it as a closed stainless steel grid. (Max. tile thickness + adhesive: 13 mm)

• Row – Minimalist grid with a clean slot line

• Dots – Playful design with falling water droplets

Waterproof installation: Nurion's 2 golden tips

1. Secure the membrane and flange properly
   Attach the sealing membrane to the flange and finish with sealant. This will ensure a watertight connection between the Lunadrain and the shower floor.

2. Treat the entire shower area with a waterproof coating
   Apply a sealing strip and sealant paste to the joints and cover the entire surface up to a height of approximately 150 cm. This prevents leaks at the tile joints, which are never completely watertight.
